We are looking for a skilled Radiology Team Lead to join our team at Maxicare in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the Radiology Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring quality patient care, and providing leadership to staff members.
Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the radiology department
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
- Perform imaging procedures as needed
- Train and mentor staff members
- Monitor and maintain equipment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a radiology setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
