We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Team Lead to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. In this role, you will oversee the radiology department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor radiology staff
- Manage department schedules and workflow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a radiology setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
