We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused professional with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience to support daily operations across our distribution network. The successful candidate will operate Niaga vehicles including Carry, CDD, CDE, and L300, and hold a valid SIM B1/B2 Umum. In this role, you will be an essential link between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. You’ll be responsible for timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and maintaining the condition of vehicles and cargo. We encourage a proactive approach to route planning, safety, and proactive communication with dispatch to troubleshoot delays and optimize performance. Our training and safety programs ensure you have the knowledge and support needed to excel, including vehicle maintenance basics, defensive driving, and compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibility
- Safely operate company Niaga vehicles (Carry, CDD, CDE, L300) to transport goods according to dispatch instructions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs.
- Plan efficient routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries while optimizing fuel usage.
- Maintain clean, well-presented vehicles and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety policies, and company procedures; maintain a clean driving record.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork, mileage logs, and other required documents for each trip.
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and customers to resolve delivery-related issues and provide updates as needed.
- Assist with basic loading/unloading tasks and equipment handling as required.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Valid SIM B1/B2 Umum.
- Proficient in operating Niaga vehicles (Carry, CDD, CDE, L300) and understanding of vehicle safety features.
- Familiar with Jakarta area and surrounding routes; ability to navigate with maps and dispatch systems.
- Strong time-management, reliability, and safety awareness; excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move goods as needed and to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn and adapt to company policies.
