Join Optum as an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager based in Cebu City. Responsibility
- Lead and manage revenue cycle operations including claims submission, billing accuracy, and payment posting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements to minimize denials and delays.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce days in accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with clinical and finance teams to address billing issues and optimize revenue integrity.
- Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue cycle specialists, providing training and support.
- Oversee denial management efforts and coordinate follow-ups with payers.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate personnel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on revenue enhancement.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and payer guidelines.
- Proficient in revenue cycle management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across departments.
