Job description
We are currently seeking a Relief Senior Youth Work Associate/Youth Work Associate to join our team at The Salvation Army in Punggol, North-East Region. Reporting to the Assistant Director/Residential Services, you will be responsible for supporting and empowering the youth in our care.
Responsibility
- Provide mentorship and guidance to youth residents
- Facilitate group activities and workshops
- Assist in developing and implementing youth development programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive living environment
Qualification
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience working with youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude
