Responsibility
- Lead and optimize remote work programs across multiple teams, aligning with company goals and culture.
- Define scalable remote onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing processes.
- Monitor key metrics (engagement, productivity, attrition) and implement improvements.
- Manage tools and vendors for collaboration, security, and IT support.
- Develop and enforce policies around security, compliance, and data privacy for remote work.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to manage budgets, headcount planning, and vendor renewals.
- Coordinate cross-time-zone scheduling and support, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Qualification
- 5+ years in operations, program management, or a related field with remote work experience.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing scalable programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional stakeholder management.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and modern remote-work tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, Jira).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Sheets, BI dashboards).
- Proven ability to work across time zones, adapt to ambiguity, and lead with influence.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
