We are a fast-growing, fully remote-friendly technology company seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives from anywhere. If you enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones, driving outcomes, and fostering a strong remote culture, this role is for you.
In this position, you will own project plans, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communications for multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to ensure transparent progress and successful delivery in a distributed environment.

Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery in a fully remote environment.
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success across multiple time zones; provide regular status updates.
- Implement and optimize PM processes, tooling, and governance to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Manage resource planning, vendor relationships, and budget oversight.
- Facilitate ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, reviews) and ensure clear decision docs.
- Track progress using Jira, Asana, or similar tools; maintain accurate dashboards for leadership.
- Mentor new team members and promote a healthy remote culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years in project management, preferably software/tech; proven track record delivering complex projects remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across time zones.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello); data-driven reporting experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfort working in a remote-first environment with strong self-discipline and collaboration.
- Experience with vendor management and budget oversight.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
