Responsibility
- Design and implement robust frontend features using React and TypeScript, emphasizing accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Own component library and UI patterns, ensuring consistency, reusability, and scalable architecture.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and quality assurance.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO considerations across applications.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to product planning, and help shape technical strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling (Vite/Webpack, Babel).
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and client-side performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication strategies, and data fetching patterns.
- Proficient in writing tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset and strong communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, async-first environment; fluent English.
