What you’ll do
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and guide the evolution of our React-based web apps.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into scalable UI solutions.
- Develop reusable components and maintain a scalable component library to accelerate delivery.
- Implement robust automated tests and ensure accessibility (a11y) across all features.
- Optimize performance, bundle size, and SEO-friendly rendering for diverse devices.
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, metrics, and feedback loops.
- Own the frontend CI/CD lifecycle, releases, and collaboration with DevOps for smooth deployments.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional frontend development, with strong React and TypeScript expertise.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript tooling, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
- Experience building accessible, responsive UI across devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency with state management (e.g., Redux) and modern frontend testing (Jest, Testing Library).
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern deployment practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for distributed teams.
- Proven track record delivering production-grade software and owning features end-to-end.
