BrightBridge Technologies is a remote-first software company delivering scalable SaaS solutions for modern teams. We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our distributed product team. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, based in the United States. You will work cross functionally with product, design and backend engineers to deliver elegant, accessible UI components at scale.
As a key member of our frontend group, you will shape the user experience for thousands of daily users, mentor peers, and help advance our design system and development tooling.
Responsibility
- Lead frontend architecture and deliver scalable React and TypeScript features across products.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high quality UI components.
- Build reusable components and a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Optimize performance, accessibility and reliability for complex SaaS interfaces.
- Write thorough unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration in a distributed team.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and frontend tooling to accelerate delivery and quality.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Experience building accessible, responsive web applications with a focus on UX.
- Proven track record shipping production SaaS features in a distributed team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; portfolio of shipped features or projects.
