Join our fully remote engineering team as a Remote Software Engineer. You will design, build, and maintain scalable web services that power our platform, collaborating with product and design teams across multiple time zones. We value ownership, high-quality code, and shipping impactful features.

Responsibility
- Architect, implement, and maintain features for our web application using React and Node.js.
- Design robust APIs and data models to scale with user growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality software on sprint cycles.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Optimize performance and reliability across the stack; troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and incident response in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
