GlobalTech Solutions is hiring a Remote Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This is a fully remote, US-based role with the ability to work from anywhere in the United States.
As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications, collaborating with product, design, and QA to deliver features end-to-end. You will contribute to architectural decisions, write clean code, and participate in code reviews.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features with a customer-first mindset.
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to promote best practices.
- Monitor application performance, security, and accessibility; implement optimizations as needed.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience building web applications.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frontend and backend tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and a track record of delivering high-quality software.
