Responsibility
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript stacks (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Implement scalable, maintainable code with emphasis on performance and accessibility.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product managers, designers, and engineers across time zones to define and deliver features.
- Architect and optimize APIs, data models, and UI components for reliability and scalability.
- Champion code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and incident response to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full stack web development experience using React and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL is a plus, and familiarity with testing frameworks.
- Proficient with version control (Git) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working in a remote, distributed team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working across multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
