Join NovaTech Global as a Remote Software Engineer. This fully remote, full-time role is open to candidates across the United States. You will collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver scalable web applications that power our enterprise customers.
About the role: You will design, implement and maintain features across the frontend and backend, focusing on performance, reliability and user experience. You will operate in a distributed, remote-friendly environment and participate in agile ceremonies with teammates across multiple time zones.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to define requirements and deliverables.
- Implement robust tests, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.
- Optimize apps for speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the remote team.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and propose innovative technical solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and modern web security practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration in remote environments.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage priorities effectively.
