NovaRemote Tech is a remote-first company delivering scalable tools for distributed teams. We’re seeking a motivated Remote Work Specialist to optimize how we collaborate across continents and time zones.
As part of our Global Operations team, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and People Ops to design, implement, and continuously improve remote-work policies, onboarding, and employee experience. You will help ensure clear expectations, effective communication, and a thriving, inclusive culture in a fully distributed environment.

Responsibility
- Coordinate cross-functional remote initiatives, ensuring alignment across time zones.
- Develop and maintain remote-work policies, onboarding journeys, and performance processes.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
- Represent employee experience in partnerships with HR, IT, and security teams.
- Monitor and optimize productivity tools, processes, and collaboration rituals.
- Own the calendar for critical cross-team initiatives and milestones.
- Analyze remote-work metrics and present insights to leadership.
- Support managers with coaching and best practices for remote leadership.
Qualification
- 3+ years in remote-work coordination, program management, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication; excellent collaboration skills.
- Experience with remote-work tools (Slack, Zoom, Jira, Notion, Trello) and security/compliance basics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT, or related field; remote-work certification a plus.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed-team environment.
