Medhealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a talented Rendering Architect to join our design team in Libis, Metro Manila. In this role, you will transform architectural concepts into photorealistic visuals that communicate intent, influence stakeholders, and contribute to patient-centered healthcare environments.
As a Rendering Architect, you will partner with architects, interior designers, and medical planners to develop compelling visuals for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. You will manage the end-to-end rendering workflow from concept sketches and 3D modeling to lighting, materials, and post-processing, ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include building high-quality 3D models, setting up lighting rigs, applying materials and textures, optimizing scenes for performance, and delivering final renders that align with project specifications and brand guidelines. You will also implement rendering pipelines, maintain asset libraries, and support reviews with clear, data-driven visuals. A strong eye for detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential to success in this role.

Responsibility
- Lead the creation of photorealistic renderings for healthcare facilities including interiors, exteriors, and specialized spaces
- Partner with architects and designers to translate concepts into compelling visuals that win bids and communicate design intent
- Develop and optimize 3D models, lighting setups, materials, and textures using industry standard tools
- Establish and maintain efficient rendering pipelines and asset libraries for consistency across projects
- Deliver high quality renders on schedule and in alignment with project specs and branding guidelines
- Review feedback from stakeholders and iterate on visuals to achieve final approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with healthcare planning requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
- Proven experience as Rendering Architect or Visualization Specialist in architectural design
- Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and post processing
- Portfolio demonstrating healthcare or architectural visualization work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, CAD tools, and file management best practices
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
