Responsibility

  • Handle hotel room reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Coordinate closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and sales teams to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update reservation records in the hotel reservation system.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and departures, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
  • Support sales and upselling opportunities where appropriate.
  • Prepare reports and assist in reservation analysis for management.

Qualification

  • Diploma or higher certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in reservations, front desk, or similar hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software (Opera, Fidelio or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
