Changi Cove Hotel is seeking a meticulous individual to join our reservations team as a Reservations Agent on a permanent part-time basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibility
- Handle incoming reservations via phone and email
- Ensure accuracy of guest information and reservation details
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
Qualification
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
