Responsibility
- Provide warm, friendly service to customers and accurately take orders at the counter or drive-thru
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and mobile payments
- Prepare and assemble menu items following McDonaldâs standards for quality and safety
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen
- Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies while controlling waste
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast, accurate service during peak times
- Provide exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and addressing inquiries promptly
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable with POS systems
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move moderate weights
