As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching staff, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent quality, optimize guest experience, and maximize revenue through effective cost control and hospitality excellence. You will monitor performance metrics, implement standard operating procedures, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure fast, friendly service and consistent food quality.
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost controls to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and enforce HACCP practices.
- Monitor sales, labor, and equipment efficiency; analyze metrics to improve guest satisfaction and revenue per cover.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality, portion control, and timely service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively elevate the guest experience.
- Prepare regular operational reports for leadership and support budget planning.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality (fast casual or family-style dining preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development abilities.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost controls, POS systems, and cash handling processes.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards; ability to train others on hygiene practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino or local dialects is a plus.
