We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at GEP (McDonald's Bangsar) in Kuala Lumpur. As a key leader in our establishment, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability.
Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members
- Monitor inventory and control costs
- Create and implement marketing strategies
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
