Fame.Dish Inc. is actively looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Server/Staff to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders, manage timing, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
As a valued member of our service team, you will greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, and upsell relevant beverages and desserts. You will deliver meals to tables, check-in with guests during the meal, and handle guest payments efficiently and securely using our POS system. You will be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining the dining area, refilling service stations, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, seat them when appropriate, and provide an engaging, professional welcome as they arrive.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and upsell beverages, desserts, and specials when appropriate.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly, check back with guests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Process payments securely using the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts or proofs of payment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teammates to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, reset tables, and stock service stations with necessary supplies.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, escalate when needed, and strive to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies to provide a safe dining environment.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a waiter/server or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using a POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required by a busy service floor.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further hospitality training is a plus.
