In this versatile role you will split time between front-of-house service and back-of-house kitchen support. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle point-of-sale transactions with professionalism. In the kitchen, you will assist with food preparation, plating, and basic cooking tasks, while maintaining rigorous hygiene and food safety standards. You will help keep stations clean, organized, and stocked, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during peak times.

Responsibility
- Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and process payments accurately, ensuring upselling where appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints gracefully
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and basic cooking tasks under supervision; maintain station readiness
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature control
- Maintain clean, organized front-of-house and back-of-house areas; ensure equipment and tools are sanitized
- Support daily operations including opening/closing tasks, stock checks, and inventory management
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, smooth handoffs, and quality presentation
Qualification
- Prior experience in fast-paced hospitality or willingness to learn
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry lightweight loads
- Team player with proactive attitude and reliability
- Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable using POS systems
