OrgScale Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retention & CRM Lead to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will own and scale the retention engine to drive repeat revenue, improve LTV, and reduce churn through data-driven strategies and automation.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for optimizing CRM campaigns.
- Create and manage automated customer journeys to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retention initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to retention and churn rates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management and customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software and tools.
