Join PT SINAU SERVICE INDONESIA as a dynamic Rider Delivery in Jakarta Selatan. This contract role is a frontline logistics position focused on delivering important packages from hospital facilities to customers' doorsteps. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer-centric team that values reliability, safety, and top-tier service delivery.
As a Rider, you will securely pick up packages from partner facilities (including hospitals), verify order details, and utilize GPS navigation to ensure on-time deliveries within established service level agreements. You’ll interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner, obtain signatures when required, and maintain accurate delivery records for seamless tracking and reconciliation. Your role supports the last-mile logistics network that keeps communities connected and services flowing smoothly.
Key responsibilities are designed to be engaging and performance-driven:
- Safely pick up and deliver packages from hospital partners to customers’ locations, ensuring package integrity.
- Verify recipient information, obtain signatures where required, and update delivery status in the system.
- Navigate efficiently using smartphones and mapping apps to achieve timely deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle and delivery gear cleanliness, and adhere to safety and traffic regulations.
- Communicate proactively with the operations team about delays, route changes, or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Log daily activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to route optimization efforts.

Responsibility
- Safely pick up packages from partner facilities and deliver to customers within SLA.
- Verify order details, collect signatures, and update delivery status in the system.
- Use GPS navigation and route optimization to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery gear and vehicle.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times.
- Communicate delays or issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Provide courteous customer service and professional on-site interaction.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and support route optimization.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; exceptional practicality considered.
- Valid driving license (SIM C for motorcycles or SIM A for cars).
- Prior delivery or courier experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of Jakarta area and basic navigation app proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 15 kg and perform long periods of walking/standing as needed.
