Responsibility
- Safely deliver food orders from McDonald's Cyberjaya to customers within the assigned delivery zones.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Manage order packaging and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of delivery vehicle (motorcycle or bike).
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and customers for smooth delivery operations.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines consistently.
- Report any delivery issues or delays promptly to management.
- Assist in occasional in-store duties during peak periods as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Valid motorcycle license (B2) with clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery services is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Selangor and Cyberjaya area routes and traffic conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle motorcycle riding for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
