Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments across operational, financial, and strategic domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze loss events, incidents, and key risk indicators to measure exposure.
- Prepare detailed reports and present risk analysis findings to senior leadership.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and perform gap analyses.
- Provide expertise in insurance placement and claim negotiations.
- Advise on business continuity planning and crisis management initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of direct risk management experience in a financial, corporate, or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of industry risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software.
- Certifications such as CRM, FRM, or PRM are highly preferred.
