We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Account Associate to join Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc, a premier hospitality destination in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses to drive room nights, events, and tailored hospitality solutions. You will be responsible for turning inbound inquiries into booked stays and long-term relationships, while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to craft compelling proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for clients. Responsibility
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses to expand the client base and drive repeat bookings.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct needs assessments, and close new business for room nights, event spaces, and packages.
- Present property features, services, and customized hospitality packages to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create compelling proposals and turn leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and track sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring excellent guest experiences and post-sale relationship management.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and local partnerships to generate new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to secure long-term partnerships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in hotel, hospitality, or corporate sales with ability to meet or exceed quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and client management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; familiarity with GDS/OTA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region and attend client meetings as needed.
