Noble Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail oriented professional to join as a Sales Admin cum Warehouse, Logistics & EP Submission Executive. This is a multifaceted role that blends sales administration, warehouse coordination, logistics management and regulatory submission support for Employment Pass EP processes. As a pivotal link between sales, warehouse and compliance, you will help ensure accurate order processing, on time deliveries and compliant documentation for our healthcare customers.
In this role you will manage day to day sales administrative tasks including order processing, quotes, invoicing and customer communications, while coordinating warehouse activities such as stock checks, receiving, putaway, picking and packing, and inventory reconciliation. You will arrange inbound and outbound logistics, book couriers, schedule shipments and monitor transit times to meet customer expectations. A key duty is supporting EP submissions and ensuring all regulatory documentation is accurate and submitted on time. You will also maintain data in our ERP and CRM systems, prepare regular reports and support audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Responsibility
- Process sales orders, generate quotations, and manage customer communications from inquiry to delivery
- Coordinate warehouse activities including stock checks, receiving, putaway, picking, packing and inventory reconciliation
- Arrange inbound and outbound logistics, book couriers, schedule shipments and monitor transit times
- Support Employment Pass EP submissions and regulatory documentation ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate with sales, procurement and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and on time delivery
- Maintain ERP and CRM data, generate regular reports, and assist with audits
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues related to orders, shipping or compliance
- Assist in invoicing, billing and coordination with finance as needed
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- Experience in sales administration, warehouse coordination, logistics or EP submissions
- Familiarity with EP submissions and regulatory requirements in Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM software (eg SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer service mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
