Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc is actively seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. We’re looking for a sales professional who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
In this role, you will manage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, assist with proposals, and help maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and leisure opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for guests and partners, ensuring a professional, timely, and personalized experience from initial contact through booking and post-stay follow-up.

Responsibility
- Manage inbound inquiries from leads via phone, email, and website and respond promptly to opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; track progress and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead data, activities, and opportunity stages to ensure data accuracy.
- Schedule property tours, site visits, and client presentations; coordinate with reservations and operations teams to align on availability.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted offers, promotions, and packages; monitor campaign performance.
- Assist with event and group bookings, banquet services, and room blocks to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline dashboards, and performance metrics for the leadership team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication to guests and partners from inquiry through post-stay follow-up.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, hospitality, or hotel operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; excellent calendar management and organizational abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or holidays as required by hotel operations, with a strong team-player attitude.
