In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, event organizers, and local businesses, and present compelling proposals that showcase our distinctive hotel experiences, dining venues, and event spaces. Your ability to listen, consult, and close deals will directly impact occupancy, revenue per available room, and the overall guest experience.

You will collaborate with reservations, marketing, and events teams to maximize occupancy and revenue across rooms, banquets, weddings, and corporate packages. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, managing pipeline through our CRM, and ensuring profitable outcomes for both clients and Elijah Royce. You’ll oversee accurate forecasting, respond to inquiries quickly, and maintain a reputation for professionalism and integrity. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel occupancy, banquet, and corporate event revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses in Cavite and nearby areas.
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and site visits to identify opportunities.
  • Upsell services (rooms, dining, events, packages) to maximize revenue per client.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Hospitality Sales professional in the Philippines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
