Responsibility

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for solar energy solutions across Jakarta and nearby markets.
  • Prospect and engage potential B2B customers in automotive, real estate, construction, and related sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations and tailored demonstrations; prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contract processes in collaboration with legal and finance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and installation teams to develop customized solar energy solutions and respond to RFPs.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track activities, forecast sales, and report performance to management.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, installers, and system integrators to ensure successful deployments.
  • Stay current on market trends, incentives, and regulatory updates affecting solar energy adoption.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience; prior work in automotive, real estate, or related industries preferred.
