Penbrothers is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on development, technical design, and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and end-users to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce apps and integrations. As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, configure, and implement Salesforce components, manage data modeling, automate processes with Flow and Workflow, and integrate Salesforce with external systems. You will contribute to architectural decisions and ensure quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications, including Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Design and implement data models, APIs, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware).
- Lead technical design, code reviews, and best-practice implementation of Salesforce configurations and automation (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow).
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce, including role hierarchies and sharing rules.
- Write unit tests, perform debugging, and participate in CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Document architecture decisions, technical specifications, and user-facing guides for administrators.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and deployment tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functional.
- Knowledge of security model, sharing rules, roles, and field-level security.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator 201/201-941 are a plus.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) is a plus.
- Comfort working in a distributed team and agile environment.
