Experis is seeking a results-driven Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our client in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. This hybrid role requires one day in the office and four days remote, offering a unique opportunity to partner with business stakeholders and deliver transformative Salesforce solutions.
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce configurations, drive requirements, and ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ). You will collaborate with IT, operations, and sales teams to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions that accelerate revenue, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include shaping the product roadmap with business users, mapping current processes to Salesforce capabilities, ensuring data integrity and security, and driving user adoption. You will lead user acceptance testing, coordinate training, and manage change management activities to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders and end users. Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Salesforce deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during design and build phases.
- Lead user acceptance testing, develop test scripts, and coordinate training and change management activities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data mapping, migration support, deduplication, and ongoing data governance.
- Manage security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to protect sensitive information.
- Support integration efforts with external systems via APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end processes post-implementation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce functional consulting experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and/or Platform App Builder; additional certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, data migration tools, and basic data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English; ability to work with regional teams and collaborate across functions.
