Join NCS Group as a Salesforce Principal Architect and lead enterprise-grade CRM initiatives across global clients. In this strategic role, you will architect scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, drive pre-sales engagement, and oversee delivery across complex programs. You will partner with clients, sales teams, and delivery professionals to translate business strategies into robust technical designs, ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity.

As a Salesforce Principal Architect, you will set architectural standards, define integration patterns, and govern platform governance. You will lead solution design across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), CPQ, and Platform tools, while guiding data modeling, security, APIs, and integration with ERP and external systems. You will mentor engineers, support presales with compelling proposals, and ensure successful deployments that deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a thought leader who combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong communication and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable operating in a matrix organization and capable of traveling as needed to global client sites or collaborate with regional teams in Singapore and beyond.

What you will achieve includes establishing reference architectures, driving governance, and enabling clients to realize faster time-to-value from Salesforce investments.

Responsibility

  • Lead and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise-grade programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Design and govern Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Platform.
  • Define and enforce integration patterns, API design, data migration, security, identity, and governance across ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to craft compelling proposals, articulate value, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Manage delivery governance, risk, QA, environment readiness, and program milestones; oversee solution implementations and migrations.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and other architects; promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reusable components; drive customer success and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing reference architectures and contributing to sales and delivery excellence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce architecture and large-scale CRM programs.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams on global Salesforce deployments; experience across regional and international projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, Mulesoft, data modeling, data migration, security, and governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile delivery, presales support, and winning large deals.
  • Willingness to travel and operate in Singapore and globally as needed.
