Responsibility
- Lead and deliver SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) functional solutions across multiple S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective EHS solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, customize, test, and implement SAP EHS modules, ensuring high-quality configurations and integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and process safety areas within the SAP EHS suite.
- Facilitate workshops, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless adoption and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on SAP EHS latest features and best practices to drive process improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Document configurations, processes, and project activities effectively for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on SAP EHS functional experience, with proven track record in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in EHS core modules: Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Incident Management, and Compliance Management.
- Experience in conducting end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, configurations, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of global EHS business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.
- SAP EHS certification and prior experience in multinational project environments are strong advantages.
