Qualification
- Master's or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
- Experience in molecular diagnostics or related industry
- Demonstrated expertise in PCR, NGS, and other molecular techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
