Job description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team remotely and lead Agile teams towards successful product delivery. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams follow Agile best practices and deliver high-value solutions efficiently.
Responsibility
- Guide and coach Agile teams in the use of Scrum framework
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Identify and resolve impediments to team progress
- Monitor team performance and progress towards goals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
