As a key member of the accounting function, you will contribute to timely closes, accurate financial statements, and robust internal controls while supporting external audits and tax filings.
Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, accruals, and fixed assets.
- Perform reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts; investigate variances.
- Coordinate month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with internal controls, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Support external audits and tax filings with documentation and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations) to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and month-end close processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to build financial models and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
