As a Senior Accountant, you will partner with cross-functional teams, own the month-end close, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. If you bring a proactive mindset and a passion for accuracy, we want you on our team.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, and management reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Monitor internal controls, perform risk assessments, and drive process improvements across accounting workflows.
- Coordinate external audit activities and support audit requests with minimal findings.
- Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies with pragmatic resolutions.
- Analyze variances, perform financial analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with operations, treasury, and tax teams to optimize cash flow and financial efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance ERP configurations, documentation, and policy adherence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and ethics.
