Responsibility
- Lead the monthly close process and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to improve working capital.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls across the organization.
- Prepare management reports and variance analyses for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with budgeting and forecasting teams to support the annual plan.
- Support external audits and year-end processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate or public settings.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (ERP: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle; QuickBooks a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management; ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support.
