As a Senior Accountant, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely close processes.
Responsibility
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain the general ledger, perform journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls across all processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, supporting audits and remittance of required documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to improve working capital.
- Identify process improvements and participate in system enhancements and automation projects.
Qualification
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in industry or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
- Proactive problem-solver and self-starter with a high level of integrity.
