Responsibility
- Prepare, examine, and analyze complex financial statements and reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Coordinate audits, liaising with internal teams and external auditors.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Advise management on key financial decisions and risk mitigation.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and controls.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Experience with process improvements or automation is a plus.
