Responsibility
- Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements, implement internal controls, and optimize ERP-based finance workflows.
- Support budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Assist with year-end audit and provide documentation as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage month-end close and produce accurate financial statements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of internal controls, tax compliance basics, and audit coordination.
