Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the month end close process, ensuring on time and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable cycles and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Assist with tax compliance documentation and support ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; Big Four experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (eg, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with audits and tax compliance support is a plus.
