Infomedia Philippines Operations LP Co. LTD. is expanding its Finance Team, and we are seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Tax to join us onsite in Makati. This role offers a strategic position within a growing organization where high accuracy, proactive problem solving, and strong collaboration are essential. You will work closely with procurement, payroll, and controllers to optimize cash flow, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
As the Senior Accountant AP, Treasury, and Tax, you will own and optimize the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments. You will lead treasury activities such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relations, and treasury operations. You will also manage tax compliance matters, prepare and review filings, support audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with internal policies and Philippine accounting standards. You will contribute to month end close tasks, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls testing, driving process improvements and efficiency across the finance function.

Responsibility
- Own and optimize the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice processing, verification, approvals, and timely payments to vendors.
- Lead treasury activities, including daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and reviewing filings, withholding taxes, VAT, and coordinating with the BIR and external auditors.
- Support month-end close with accurate general ledger reconciliations, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, and financial statements preparation.
- Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance operations, and business partners to optimize working capital and vendor management.
- Prepare management reports and schedules, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, and tax in a corporate environment; multinational experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR filings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail; ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
