Responsibility
- Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements under GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage consolidation for group entities and intercompany reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end audits.
- Maintain robust internal controls and process improvements to strengthen governance.
- Analyze variances, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years in accounting with substantial experience in financial reporting and general ledger.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; experience with statutory reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and consolidation tools; advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating with external auditors and year-end processes.
