Join Pale Blue Dot AI Pte. Ltd. as a Senior Accountant focused on International Entities. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-growing, multinational environment. You will manage the financial operations and compliance for our international subsidiaries, with a core focus on Singapore and the United States, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable processes that support global growth.
As a key member of the Global Finance team, you will partner with local and regional finance leads, tax advisors, and external auditors to deliver timely closes, accurate consolidation, and regulatory filings. You will drive financial integrity across entities, oversee intercompany transactions, intercompany reconciliations, and help optimize working capital and cash flow management.

Responsibility
- Lead monthly close and consolidation for international entities with a focus on Singapore and the United States, ensuring accuracy and Timely reporting.
- Oversee statutory compliance, regulatory filings, and tax reporting for SG and US jurisdictions.
- Manage general ledger, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets across multiple entities.
- Coordinate external audits, respond to findings, and maintain robust internal controls and SOX-like processes where applicable.
- Drive process improvements and ERP optimization (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP and provide insightful management reporting packages.
- Monitor currency translation and manage intercompany pricing, transfer pricing coordination, and foreign currency risk.
- Collaborate with tax, treasury, and business teams to optimize tax positions and intercompany arrangements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to multinational entities and intercompany accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements and US GAAP or IFRS, with experience in cross-border reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating external audits and working with tax advisors.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
