Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Own the close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve internal controls and process efficiency.
- Assist with external audits and tax compliance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for management.
- Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure data integrity in our ERP system.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and financial models for strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with month end close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; detail oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving mindset and high ethical standards.
