Job description
We are currently seeking a talented Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Cybalink Solutions in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, handling high-volume invoices, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable process
- Process high volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in month-end financial closing activities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
